Manheim, PA – The National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) released its second regular season NCAA Women's Coaches Poll of the 2025–26 season on Thursday. Coming out of the Thanksgiving holiday, there are no changes to the top five, with Iowa holding onto the top spot with 105 points, followed closely by McKendree's 99 points. Rounding out the top five are Grand Valley State at #3 (90), North Central at #4 (80), and Colorado Mesa at #5 (38).
Jumping into the Top 25 after being previously unranked are #8 Simon Fraser, #18 Lehigh, and a tie at #24 between Frostburg State and UW–Stevens Point.
This month sees half of the weight classes with new #1s including 103 Rayana Sahagun (GVSU), 110 Gabrielle Tedesco (McKendree), 131 Karlee Brooks (Iowa), 180 Isabella Renfro (FHSU), and 207 Julia Richey (SFU). McKendree leads all programs with three top-ranked individuals, while both Iowa and Grand Valley State feature two top-ranked athletes.
