Manheim, PA – The National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) has announced Jaclyn Dehney, a freshman at New England College, as the January NCAA Women's National Wrestler of the Month. A standout performer on the mat, Dehney hails from Pelham, NH, and is a Central Catholic graduate.
Dehney's recognition follows her recent selection as the Region 1 Wrestler of the Month for January, an honor announced yesterday.

The announcement comes as the NCAA women's wrestling programs gear up for the post-season. Eight NCWWC Regional Tournaments will take place this weekend, with the top four finishers from each region earning a berth to the NCWWC Championships, scheduled for March 7-8 at the Xtream Arena in Coralville, IA.
