NWCA Announces 2025 State High School Boys Assistant Staff of the Year Winners

Manheim, PA – The National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) is excited to announce the 2025 High School Boys State Assistant Coaching Staff of the Year award winners.

These staffs were nominated by their state leaders for their outstanding work this season. Each of them now moves on to the next stage, where they'll be considered for NWCA Section Staff of the Year honors. State Chairs from each section will handle the voting, and we'll announce those winners next week.

"These awards are about more than just wins and losses," said NWCA Executive Director Mike Moyer. "They recognize the coaches who go the extra mile for their teams, their schools, and the sport. We're proud to shine a light on their efforts."

Earlier today the NWCA released the Boys State Head Coach of the Year Award Winners.  Click here to view the full slate of honorees.

Stay tuned — tomorrow we'll be announcing the winners of the High School Girls Head Coach and Assistant Coaching Staff of the Year awards.
