Manheim, PA -Â On Friday morning, the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) announced the recipients of the 2022-23 Scholar All-America Team and Individual awards for the NCAA Women's Division. The distinguished accolade was granted to 134 individuals from 31 highly regarded institutions.
North Central College emerged as the top performer in the team category, boasting an outstanding 3.798 GPA, followed by Adrian College with a 3.672 and Colorado Mesa University with a 3.635.

In addition, North Central secured the highest number of individual honorees with 15 Scholar All-American selections, trailed by Colorado Mesa with 12 and King with 11 honorees.
NWCA Executive Director, Mike Moyer, expressed his respect for these exceptional student-athletes, stating, "We are thrilled to recognize these remarkable scholars for their outstanding accomplishments. These wrestlers have shown an unwavering commitment to their academic and athletic pursuits, and we proudly applaud their achievements.
