MANHEIM, Pa. – The National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) announced their first women's wrestling National Wrestler of the Month for 2024 today. Kylie Rule of Wartburg College earned the first national award in Wartburg's history.
Rule posted a 9-0 month with two pins and six technical fall victories while also going 3-0 against ranked opponents at 130 pounds. Her three ranked wins were all against NAIA competition, while her lone superiority win came against the third-ranked competitor. Following the month, Rule remains undefeated on the season at 18-0.
