Manheim, PA- The National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) is proud to announce the winners of this year's USMC "Battles Won" Girls State Assistant Coaching Staffs of the Year.
Each of these staffs is now a finalist for their Section Assistant Coaching Staff of the Year award and will be voted on by the state representatives from their section. The section winners will then advance as finalists for the national award, selected by the eight section leaders.
"Congratulations to each of these staffs representing their state," said Mike Moyer, NWCA Executive Director. "These coaches have gone above and beyond to provide opportunities for their athletes and have served as great role models for the next generation of wrestlers."
The state-level winners for the remaining award categories will be announced this week, with section winners following next week:
- April 28 - Girls Head Coach Winners
- April 29 - Boys Assistant Coaching Staff Winners
- April 30 - Boys Head Coach Winners
